The Dish: Pekoe & Bean adds modern spin to centuries-old tea service

Attending afternoon tea for Audrey Maher has been a personal favorite of hers for as long as she can remember. The Palos Heights resident and owner of Tinley Park’s recently opened Pekoe & Bean said that the closest places to enjoy afternoon tea are in downtown Chicago, and she wanted to bring something to the suburbs.
