The beef combo pho ($8 or $12) at Lily Garden features rice noodles in a beef broth that has been simmered for many hours to allow for bones and spices to create rich flavor.

It all started with a struggle to find a place to eat. Though Kevin Vo had a variety of restaurant selections from which to choose in Homer Glen, he realized that he missed the cuisine of his native country, so he decided to open his own restaurant. Vo first came to Chicago from Vietnam approximately 25 years ago. After graduating college, he eventually opened Trend Nails & Spa in Homer three years ago.
